Product Description
PPGL is a type of coated steel that incorporates the benefits of pre-painting (color customization,
additional protection) with the enhanced corrosion resistance of the Galvalume substrate.
It is commonly used for roofing, siding, and other construction applications where durability, aesthetics,
and resistance to corrosion are important considerations.
Color-coated galvalume steel coils use galvanized steel coils as the base material. After pretreatment
(the surface of the substrate is cleaned to remove impurities and oil stains, and composite oxidation passivation
treatment is performed), the surface is coated with PE. Then the SMP and PVDF coatings are baked and solidified.
More suitable for corrosive and coastal applications.
